Product Description
Harvest Spirits makes Core Vodka from its own homegrown apples, pressed, fermented and distilled on site. More than 60 pounds of fresh apples go into each 750ml bottle. The resulting hard cider is distilled three times, then lightly filtered once. The finished vodka is unsweetened and unadulterated.
It has a bright floral nose, a dry mid-palate and a long, clean finish. It is apple-based without being sweet or overtly apple-flavored.
For a martini, shake two parts Core Vodka and one part vermouth over ice, then pour into a chilled glass and add a lemon twist.
