1.5 oz Don Julio Blanco

1 oz Fresh Lime Juice

0.5 oz Agave Nectar

Garnish: The zest of 1 lime and sea salt purposefully dusted
Instructions
- Prepare a rocks glass with a salt rim
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake passionately
- Strain into a glass over ice
- Garnish with lime zest and sea salt rim.
